Ennea Fairchild is a PhD candidate in the Department of Sociology with a focus in Natural Resource and Environment Sociology.  Having grown up in the Midwest, Fairchild earned a degree in criminal justice and sociology at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne and an MA in natural resource and environmental management at Ball State University. She is working with Dr. Peggy Petrzelka, studying women in agriculture. She has presented work at International Association for Society and Natural Resources and the International Symposium of Qualitative Inquiry.
