Amin Etemadifar is a PhD student in the Department of Sociology. After several years of experience in the field of electronic engineering, he moved to social sciences and obtained two master's degree in political science and sociology. His current research interests are demography, health and quantitative techniques. He is particularly interested in GIS and applying tempo-spatial techniques and programming to the study of population and health. In addition to academic activities, he works on financial markets and plays music.
