Alicia Ingersoll is a Sociology Ph.D. student at Utah State University. She received her MBA from the Gore School of Business at Westminster College. Prior to enrolling at Utah State, Alicia spent many years working within the outdoor industry in supply chain management.
Alicia’s research interests focus on gender, organizations and leadership. Some of her current working papers look at narcissistic personality traits among top women executives and examine the tradeoff between stakeholders and shareholders in the context of supply chain excellence rankings. Alicia’s work analyzing the link between CEO gender diversity and corporate CSR initiatives has been published in Business Strategy and the Environment.
